A new high power pulsed air oven, piloted by computer calculating automatically the perfect cooking of pizzas according to the type of garnish and the anteriority in the cold room, giving a result of crunchy and warm cooking as in the best pizzeria ovens. A customizable choice of 70 different pizzas for 70 pizzas stored and managed automatically in the cold room. To attract and develop loyalty of many consumers, it takes there place to offer at least a choice from 10 to 12 different pizzas.
